Creating a Recurring Job

We understand that sometimes the same job may recur on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.

You can easily set a job to be recurring in your scheduler. Currently, the process is slightly different on desktop than on mobile.

On Desktop

  1. From your desktop, navigate to the left sidebar menu and click “Scheduler.” This is where all of your unscheduled jobs are waiting to be put in the calendar.
  2. Click and hold a job you would like to schedule, and drag it onto the calendar.
  3. From there, you can double click on the job in the calendar to adjust scheduling details. Scroll down to the “Recurrence” drop down and select how often you would like the job to occur, as well as the end date for the recurrence. That’s it! Your job will now populate on the calendar according to the recurrence you selected. This is always editable by simple double-clicking back into the job.

You’re all set! You can add as many teams as you’d like this way, and use your teams to schedule and organize jobs company-wide.
