Creating Teams

Manage your team in Constructyv and keep everyone in-the-know.

Currently, you can build and manipulate teams in your Constructyv account from desktop. Building teams is easy and versatile. You can keep all of your members in one team, or break them up into multiple teams based on skill-set or availability. 

  1. From your desktop, navigate to the left sidebar menu and click “Team Builder.”
  2. By default, you will already have one team available to you – the “team” of your company as a whole. If you would like all of your members to be a part of one team, simply hold and drag available members from the right over into your company team on the left.
  3. If you would like multiple teams, don’t worry about Step 2. Instead, right click on your company name under “Teams” and choose “Add a Team.”
  4. Name your team, and hold and drag available members from the right over into your team on the left. To remove a member from a team, right click on the member’s name and click “Remove selected item(s).

You’re all set! You can add as many teams as you’d like this way, and use your teams to schedule and organize jobs company-wide.
