Use templates to speed up quoting for jobs that you do often.

Whether on desktop or mobile, you can create your first template while building a quote. Create the quote, and before you click to send it, select “Save as Template.” Name the template and now that template will be ready for you to use next time. You can always edit tasks on a job without changing the template.

Now that you have your first template, it’s time to start using it!

  1. The next time that you would like to use your template, begin building a quote like normal.
  2. After naming the job, click “Select a Template” and then click on the name of the template you would like to use.
  3. That’s it! You can add, delete, and edit tasks as normal. If you would like to save a new template with your changes, click select “Save as a Template” before sending your quote. You can create as many templates as you would like.
