Use templates to speed up quoting for jobs that you complete regularly.

Create your first template while building a quote! Create the quote, and before you click to send it, select “Save as Template.” Name the template to use it again in the future, with the option to edit tasks if needed.

Now that you have your first template, it’s time to start using it!

  1. Begin building a quote like normal.
  2. After naming the job, click “Select a Template” and then click on the name of the template you would like to use.
  3. Add, delete, and edit tasks as normal. If you would like to save a new template with your changes, select “Save as a Template” before sending your quote. You can create as many templates as you would like.
